They Want Me to Wear...CLOTHES!
Sparky here,
My Mama is in the kitchen fixing the family food to eat, so I thought I would take this time to tell you about this crazy notion my Alphas get every year about this time. You see, I'm a Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix, so (don't tell anyone) I'm rather small in size, and I get cold when I have to go out and walk in the snow up here in Canada. So my Alphas always get it into their minds that I want to put on this thing that they made out of a bunch of string (they call it yarn) called a dog coat!
I don't know where they get this crazy idea. I never told them I want to wear clothes of any kind. I am a dog, a manly dog. I have fur. I don't need a coat. If I get cold outside, then it is the Alpha's job to pick me up and make me warm again by carrying me inside. This is the way the world should be. I keep telling them this, but they don't listen.
They pick me up and they force my head through this tiny little hole in the bunch of string. Then they force my front paws into these even tinier holes. It's awful! I can't move. The alphas try to make me walk around, but how can I walk when my paws are stuck in those holes? "I can't move!" I tell them but they don't listen, I tell you. Alphas can be terribly stubborn sometimes. And they don't listen!
How can I walk in this straight jacket, whatever that is? How can I 'do my business' outside when I can't even raise my hind leg because the string thing gets in the way? I'll wet it, and then it will freeze to me in the cold, and then I will not be able to get it off ever, and then I will have to wear it for the rest of my life, and I DON'T WANT TO WEAR IT AT ALL much less for the rest of my life!!! Sigh!
I hope there is somebody out there who can help me convince the Alphas that this is doggie torture, and they must stop with this clothes thing immediately. Please help me!
